We take 2-5 days to process your order, then delivery takes between 4 and 9 days.

We currently ship mainly to France.

Our offices are located in Charente-Maritime. Our logistics warehouse is in Tremblay-en-France.
Do your products have certifications?
Yes, our products have CE certification, a European standard.

Some items are missing from my order. What happened?
We ship our products separately based on your order. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they will be delivered separately. The rest of your order should arrive soon.
